Welcome to Vaucluse, one of the most beautiful regions in France, right in the heart of Europe.

Fontaine de Vaucluse is perfectly situated near Avignon and serves as an excellent starting point for many excursions and sightseeing trips within the town as well as in the surrounding area.

Pure relaxation in natural surroundings on the river Sorge, the campground is very accessible yet still off the beaten track. Whether you’re camping, caravanning or traveling with a campervan, you can enjoy a fantastic and inexpensive holiday at the small and informal campground. And you’re just a couple of hundred meters away from the center of Fontaine de Vaucluse with its many interesting shops and excellent restaurants.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer the following:

•      Baguettes and Croissants from 8am onwards (please order beforehand outside the high season)

•      Free WiFi

•      Cool drinks and snacks during office opening hours

•      A small playground

•      Clean  and well-serviced bathroom facilities

•      A service station for campervans

•      Washing machine

The pleasant campground is ideal for

•      Sporting activities, Canoeing, Mountainbiking, Fishing, Motorbiking, Hiking and…          

•      Relaxing, chilling, barbecues – partially under the shade of old trees

•      A base camp for exploring Provence

For campervans: The campground is near the „Camping Car Park“. 50m further on you will find Camping les Pres. The campground is open 24 hours a day. The tariff includes freshwater supply and electricity as well as use of the bathroom facilities. Decide for yourself.

Office opening times

High season:            7:15 to 20:00 non-stop July to August

Out of season:          8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 18:00

If the reception is closed:

1. Choose a free pitch (not booked)

2. Proceed with your installation

3. Make yourself known during office hours with the number of your pitch to comly with all necessary formalities. Thank you, enjoy
